October of 2007, I had to change my address on my drivers license. Sure I didn't have to get an entirely new license, but I hated the above picture, so I wanted a new one. And... drum roll please..... The new and improved Tara, one year later and almost 40 pounds thinner (37.3 to be exact)!

I actually dont' think your first one is as bad as you say it is...I mean you should see mine, that would probably make you feel better about your lack of neck...I have like a serious lack of chin. but oh well, I don't live in the U.s. anymore so I don't have to us that as id anymore, thank goodness!
